Customer selects the trailer, rental dates, pickup/delivery option, and submits the booking through the website.

Check your email to sign the rental agreement and upload the required documents before pickup.

Your documents and towing vehicle information will be reviewed and approved prior to pickup.

Detailed pickup instructions will be sent via email, including the trailer location, lock code, pickup window, and required safety checks before departure.

Complete your project during the rental period and return the trailer by the scheduled return time.

Return the trailer to the original pickup location. After a final inspection is completed, your security deposit will be refunded in accordance with the rental agreement.
